What is a good cheese for dieters?!

Question: What is a good cheese for dieters!?
Hi!. I'm trying to drop about 10 lbs and my big weakness is cheese to eat on cracker or little bites with pretzels!.
Can you give me some tips on what a good cheese would be for this that lower fat/calories or if those little wedge things are good!?
The only thing I hate in a cheese or dip is strong garlic!.
Thanks!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Kraft fat free singles are perfect for sandwiches and omelets, and are only 30 calories!. Laughing Cow Light Cheese Wedges, (which I assume are the ones you mentioned before) are also delicious and spread onto crackers easily!. They come in 3 different flavors, one of them is garlicky though, so if you aren't a fan of that, I would stay away from that one!. The Original Swiss flavor is the most versatile, not to mention dee-lish!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Most of the "real" low fat cheese is rubbery, a little tasteless and it doesn't melt well!. I'm a big fan of gourmet cheese except when it comes to low fat!. Then I have found that processed cheeses are much better!.

My faves:
Laughing cow light!. It's comes in the little round, paper box with the foil-wrapped triangles in it!. Very spreadable and flavorful!. Try it with healthy crackers, whole wheat pretzels or on celery sticks!.

Kraft 2% swiss flavored slices!. The type that are individually wrapped!. It's really tasty and is nice and gooey when it melts (just don't let it dry out for too long in the toaster oven)!. The swiss can be hard to find, but I like it better than their fake-tasting cheddar flavor!. Great melted on toasted whole grain bread with sliced tomato or on a veggie burger!.

Low fat string cheese!. Great for a quick snack!. High in protein, low in carbs and just enough fat to satisfy hunger pangs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The best thing to do is just have a little cheese and eat low-fat!. Not non-fat because you won't like the flavor!. Maybe try some popcorn or graham crackers!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No Cheese, please!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
