Contrary to popular belief, it doesn't matter what time you have your evening meal, it will not make any difference!. Your body does not suddenly stop burning fuel at a certain time!
It is best to avoid eating a heavy meal late though as this can make it hard to sleep!.

I always stop eating at least two hours before I go to bed, otherwise it just makes me feel sick, and I can't get to sleep!. But that's just me!. I know people who don't eat their "evening" meal until about 9pm!.!. so it all depends on the person really!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I wouldnt eat after 6pm!. To help you sleep try a cup of horlicks it work wonders for me also get some lavender oil and put a few drops on the back of ytour pillow it will relax you and therefore help you sleep!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well, personally, I try not to eat after 6!.00!.p!.m!., and then maybe just have hot chocolate, horlicks, or chamomlie tea to help me relax before bedtime!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
