Romaine or iceberg lettuce, grilled chicken, chickpeas, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, olives and italian or ranch dressing!.

Oh and I also loooove that salad they have at most japanese restaurants!.!.!. its like iceberg lettuce with typical veggies and that orange ginger carrot dressing!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Romain & Spinach for the greens, and thinly sliced cucumbers and pears mixed in!. Then I like shredded carrots, black olives, avocado slices and blue cheese all mixed in!. Then candied walnuts, croutons and parmesan cheese on top!.!.!.with caesar dressing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

they make your dream salad EVERYWHERE its called a grilled chicken ceasar salad!!

i love beans and chick peas!. i think beans, corn etc make for a better tasting salad, and then you don't need as much cheese and dressing (i use none!) and it's better for you!Www@FoodAQ@Com

fresh tropical fruit salad in lime-sugar dressing
chopped watermelon, pineapple, banana, semi ripe papaya and cantaloupe drizzled with the sweet-sour concoctionWww@FoodAQ@Com
