I hear ya honey, mine is 6'5" and weighs about the same - and that's AFTER he put on weight after we moved in together and I started cooking!. He has put on weight though, partly because he's now eating 3 square meals a day (before that he tended to eat cheese on toast or instant noodles)!.
If you live together, try to keep a fully stocked cupboard - he'll be much more likely to eat at home (and eat better) if he gets into the habit of picking through the fridge and cupboards rather than eating out!. Lots of lovely rich casseroles and roasts with mounds and mounds of roast vegetables, make sure he's getting a good start to the day with a big bowl of cereal (preferably something slow-energy like oatmeal or branflakes), a couple of pieces of toast (with peanut butter for extra goodness!) and some fruit!. If he's a fast-food boy (like mine) he's probably not huge on veggies or whole-foods so start him off easy - even ham and cheese sandwiches are nice and bulky!. If you buy (or make) burgers, you can grill them up and encourage him to layer on a couple of burger-steaks to each burger-sandwich, get as much salad in there as he'll take as well!. And potato-potato-potato - gotta love it!. Mine eats it mashed, fried, roasted, sauteed, grilled, in hashbrowns!.!.!. Bangers and mash are very easy to make, keep sausages onhand!.
And some people just have really fast metabolisms, it's not the end of the world!Www@FoodAQ@Com

He needs to eat a good diet and work out!. He'll put on muscle and become defined!.
If he doesn't want to do this then too bad for him - his metabolism WILL slow down and all of that junk he eats now will catch up with him very quickly!. Then you'll be on here asking how he loses weight ;)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Give him lots and lots of Pizza, lots of junk food like potato chips and Doritos, and have him eat cookies all the time!. Be sure he drinks Diet Pop (Soda) because it's the Diet Pop that is making people fat!. He will be putting on weight in no time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
