Anything Low Carb: been on that diet 2x and lost tons of wieght!!!

eggs, bacon, ham, sausage, cheese

pork skins, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, bacon cheeseburgers, etc!.

chicken and tenders

roll ups: ham/turkey and cheese

pre-cut cheese chunks

steak, pork chops, brisket, shrimp, fish, scallops, crab legs, etc!.!.!.

all mustard (well not honey mustard) , tartar sauce (in moderation)

chicken breasts topped with bacon and pepperjack cheese

green vegetables in moderation!.

allow 34 carbs per day

My Mom and I tried a diet that included making cabbage soup!. We did lose weight for sure but that cabbage soup had us peeing for days and days!. It's a natural diuretic and we didn't know that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
