Question: I need a food to wake me up!?
I need food to wake me up!. I don't like bagels and I don't enjoy eating sugar or honey in a spoon!.

Something simple!. no medicine or anything!.

Many people have been told by others, or told others themselves, that the natural sugars in an apple can wake you up better than the caffeine in a cup of coffee!. We all know that after the caffeine wears off and the sugar rush is over you're even more tired than before!. So that could be why an apple is better than the coffee in the morning!. Plus, with an apple, you don't get those nasty yellowish teeth stains like you do with coffee!.

Hypothesis of the Test: Not much to go on with this one!. The Internet don't help much either!. I guess the Mythbusters can talk to a professional sleep scientist or something!. Instead of doing this individually, like in the hypnotic cure/change myths, 2 of the MB crew will try waking up each morning by eating an apple, and the other 2 with coffee!.

Ideal MythBuster(s) to Conduct the Test: All MythBusters Crewmembers are needed with this one!. The Build Team with, Grant, Kari, and Tory!. Plus Adam & Jamie!. They can decide who'll be paired with who themselves, depending on who likes apples more than coffee, and who likes coffee more than apples!. And a control, one who had niether an apple nor a cup of coffee

Best Method to Conduct the Test: It would be best to be done similar to the hypnosis cures/eye color myths!.

I've heard that apples are really great for waking you up!. May be try apples, oranges, grapefruit, or strawberries!. If those don't work, try a smoothie with protein or some breakfast foods with protein in it!. Try staying away from heavy carbs for breakfastWww@FoodAQ@Com

i don't have my breakfast til i get to work but before i leave home i eat a small piece of tablet and the sugar rush wakes me up no end!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
