cearal is always a good choice!. You can try oatmeal too!. thoose r really esay!!! only takes 2 minutes at the most!.

you can hard boil a bunch of eggs and potatoes on the weekend and heat them up in the morning everday, you could like a muffin nonstick with ham turkey or bacon, then crack an egg in each one sprinkle some cheese on top and bake it @ 350 until the eggs is done wrap them each in plastic or foil and heat them up in the morning, make an egg sunny side up in the microwave while an english muffin is in the toaster, instant oatmeal in the microwave in a styrofoam cup, eat it with a plastic spoon on the go,Www@FoodAQ@Com

fruit
toast, bagel or muffin
granola bar
scrambled egg, only takes a minute
blender smoothie,

breakfast burrito, make them yourself the night before and microwave to warm up in the morning, you can basically put on them what you like, scrammbed eggs, cheese, refried beans,,bacon or sausage, fried potatoes, tomates, salsa

Piece of toast with favourite topping!.
Glass of fruit juice and cereal bar to take with you!.

Depends what you like!. Cereal takes about 10mins easily, so might be too long if in a rush!. Buy things that are easy to take with you perhaps!. Make sure you have a decent drink in the morning!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try making egg omelet sandwhich served on toast, and give your self some nutritional bonus points if you mix in some veggies that you've chopped up the night before!. Follow up with downing a glass of OJ and some milk, and you're good to go!.

Get a blender!.!.!.

Then pick up a few bags of frozen fruit!. Rasberries, blueberries, strawberries!.!.!.etc!. A big container of yogurt!. And some O!.J!.

Then just blend everything together with some ice! Tastes just as good as Jamba Juice and will take you less than 10 minutes!. If you make a big one, it can last for a few hours!.

I used to make yogurt parfaits for my daughters!. I'd layer fruit yogurt in several layers, with granola, and put into parfait glass in the refrigerator the night before!.!.!. ready to pull out and eat in the morning:)Www@FoodAQ@Com
