After a baked potato is baked, for how long is it good if it is stored in the refrigerator?!

Question: After a baked potato is baked, for how long is it good if it is stored in the refrigerator!?
Answers:
lol!.!.!.I've kept them up to a month and they're fine!. I wouldn't re-bake, though!.!.!.!.either cut in half and nuke it with a little water sprinkled on and then add toppngs, or else it's fine for a salad!.

I've done this with both red and Idaho!.

also, this is for whole potatoes!. If they're already sliced, it wouldn't work!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you mean good, as in tasting, probably only up to 3 days!. If you mean safe to eat, I'd say 7-10 days!.

If you baked the potato in the oven, covered with aluminum foil, you should promptly remove the foil from the potato!. Never store the potato in the foil in the refrigerator!.

I would reheat the potato in the microwave!. The oven will dry out the potato as it will take too long for the potato to heat up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well it depends what you mean by good!. For example I don't think it would spoil and be rotten for at least 2 weeks, however I wouldn't personally want to eat it after 4 days!. I've refridgerated baked potatos many times and even after only 1 night, the skin goes all shrivelled!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would give it 4-7 days max mostly since it will get dried out!.!. after 1-2 days it is probably already starting to dry out and would taste best if cut up and used for home fries!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The skin protects it about a week but it will shrivel up!. Shredded cold baked potatoes make fantastic hash browns!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Probably up to a week!. But it will start shriveling up because it is dehydrating even in the fridge!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No more than a week!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
