Can someone PLEASE help me stop craving potatoes??!

Question: Can someone PLEASE help me stop craving potatoes!?!?
I'm going CRAZY!. I've been able to think of nothing but french fries, hash browns, fried potatoes, etc!. lately! I keep eating them, hoping it'll take away the craving, and I'm putting on weight already and I know it's not healthy at all but I can't let it go! It's making me absolutely nuts and I just want to stop craving it!. Even when I eat something else it doesn't satisfy me, I just want more french fries or hash browns or something! Is there anything I can do to stop this craziness before I end up 250 pounds with no money!?!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Start doing 1/2 hour of vigorous exercise every morning!. This not only will somewhat curb your appetite, it will also burn off those extra potato calories!. Until eventually, the potato cravings will go away!.

Girl, I hear you! Starch and Carbs are the devil! But we want what we crave and its hard to deny them!. On a serious note, you may be lacking 'something' in your diet that is making you crave po-ta-toes!.!.!.!.so if you haven't, you may want to take a multi-v!. Potatoes contain:
Vitamin C 45%
Thiamin 10%
Niacin 8%
Vitamin B6 14%
Folacin 14%
Panthothenic Acid 6%
Phosphorous 6%
Magnesium 12%
Iron 9%

Its hard to Not eat them, so you make them healthy! If you must eat potatoe products, have something healthy with it like broccoli, green beans, any green veggie to help balance your diet!. if you must have french fries or any other version, eat fruit afterwards, drink plenty of water and most of all, burn off those calories!

All foods make us gain weight, but if burn more than you intake, crave away!Www@FoodAQ@Com
