apples are good in that they are a fruit!.!.!. but they are terrible -and i mean terrible- for your teeth!. they are very acidic- apple juie is probably the worst fruit juice to drink- and 4-5 apples a day is likely to be having an adverse effect on your teeth!. my best mate's a dentist and has told me all of this!. he has a pateint who used to eat 10 apples a day and her teeth are an absolute mess!. go easy- one a day is fine!. there are other tasty fruits you can add to your daily intake withWww@FoodAQ@Com
It's not that the apples are bad for you!. The fact that you are missing out on other nutrients because you are eating nothing but apples is what will hurt you!. Apples are a good part of a healthy diet but they don't have any protein or calcium or many other essential nutrients!. i wouldn't say eating 4 a day is necessarily bad for you, but if you don't eat much else (so you don't eat a balanced diet) thyen yes it is bad for you!. you need variety!

apples are high in fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants!. eating too many can be bad for your health and if you are going to eat that many you are suppose to eat them with some kind of green vegetable!.The only side effect from eating that much fruit would be stomach distress!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You should eat three fruits servings daily!. A fruit as big as a apple is 1 serving!. 15 grapes are also 1 serving!. Try to eat less apples and more of other fruits!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
It shouldnt be a problem as long as u dont get intigestion afterwards from haveing too much acid in your body and also remeber to regularly brush your teeth as the copiuos amounts of acid can sumtimes cause teeth erosionWww@FoodAQ@Com
