dont mixWww@FoodAQ@Com

Gosh, I used to eat that all of the time when I was younger! Yeah, it depended on my mood, mostly!. Sometimes I enjoyed all of the fruity flavor once I finished it, so I would leave it at the bottom!. Sometimes, when I didn't want to rush to finish it just to get to the fruit, I would mix it up and take my time!.

I liked it either way though!. I think I'm going to have to go and get some this afternoon now, hehe!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Fruit on the bottom yogurt has so much sugar in it!! Check the nutrition label, it has as much a can of soda! Yogurt can be good for you, but stick with fat free, plain, and make sure it has live cultures in it (these are good bacteria)!. Then add your own FRESH fruit, granola, or whatever!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No, because it is all full of sweetners!. I eat the dannon light n fit yogurt and stir my own fruit into it!. A great combination is strawberries in lemon yogurt - it tastes like a dessert!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Noooooooo!!!! I suggest you mix your yogurt!. Even in low-fat yogurts the fat rises to the surface when refrigerated!.

Stir, stir, stir!.
