sweet potato -- if you do some research on the internet about sweet potato you will see how healthly they are for you, carbs or not equal with normal and sweet, and a bunch of nutrients!. damn thats hard do i really have to choose!? lol ! baked potato with sour cream ,chives, and chedder cheese! also on a good day i may just top it with broccoli and cheese! but man the baked sweet potato with brown sugar, sweet butter,cinnamon, and marshmellows! ummmmWww@FoodAQ@Com

Depends on what I'm having with them:

Baked russett with sour cream, chives and butter, yum!.

Baked yam with butter is great with grilled teriyaki anything!Www@FoodAQ@Com

baked normal potato because you can have all different recipes like beans+cheese, tuna+sweetcorn,coleslaw, chilli con carne, cheese + onion,coronation chicken!. !.!.!.!.!.etc!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
