13 year old food?!
I am 13 years old!. School is out and I want to lose a couple pounds over the summer!. I already got the exercise part down!. Are there any easy and good snacks I can make!? By the way i LOVE dips that go with crackers and stuff!. :]Www@FoodAQ@Com

Check out those new rice cakes that are popcorn flavored! They are sooo good and only 60 calories for 2!.!.they have other flavors too!.!.go with dips that are low in calories but high in flavor and eat lots of veggies with them!.!.!.leave the chips etc alone!.!.home made salsa is good for you! cheese cream and crackers trust me eat like 3 or 4 everyday and ur will see sum change within like 2 -- 3 weeks oe sumthg it rlly works i tried it and im 13 too and i weight like 98 pounds b4 i was like 110 or more :(Www@FoodAQ@Com
