Question: Help with planning a meal for science!.!?
The meal needs to have 6 times you eat which include the following:
Breakfast
Morning Snack
Lunch
Afternoon Snack
Supper
Evening Snack

It also needs to include these minimum servings from each of the food groups:

Milk + Dairy: 2-3 Servings!. Include Milk Yogurt Cheese, + Ice Cream

Vegetables: 3-5 Servings!.

Fruits: 2-4 Servings!. Includes Tomatoes!.

Bread and cereal: 6-11 Servings!. Includes bread,cereal,rice,pasta

Meat: 2-3 servings!. Includes meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, nuts, and penaut butter

Fats: very small!. Includes fats, oils, sweets, and butter!.

These are all the requirements for the one day and the serving size doesn't matter!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Bkfst - 1 egg, 2 toast, 2 bacon slices, 1 cup canteloupe
M!.S!. - 1 apple, 1 serving wheat crackers
Lunch- salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber), grilled chicken pasta, garlic bread
A!.S!. - sliced bell pepper dipped in ranch dressing
Supper - pork loin, macaroni with cheese, green beans
