What food or drink has a lot of vitamin d besides milk?!

Question: What food or drink has a lot of vitamin d besides milk!?
Answers:
Salmon and eggs have some as well!. But, it's really difficult to get good quality D from food!. It's best to get 10-15 minutes of sunshine (without sunscreen) a few times a week, because your body makes D when exposed to UV light!. You can also take a supplement (and should, if you don't get much sun)!. But look for D3--it's the most absorbable kind, although still not as good as sunshine!. Most people don't get enough D, and that's a shame, because it has a lot of disease prevention qualities!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

vitamin d is a fat soluble vitamin and is found in fatty foods, such as most dairy products!. Some high vit d foods are milk, fatty fish such as salmon and mackerel and other dairy products!.

My son's doctor said that one of the best ways to get vit d is to get sun exposure for 15 mins, then put on sunscreen!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
