Specifically, things like fruits and vegetable can lose a lot of nutrition by changing them when they are cooked!. Eating applesauce does not give you the same benefits as eating an apple!.

I would use moderation, though!. We live in times when it may not be appropriate to eat raw meat!. Our bodies have evolved and therefore, grown accusomed to having certain bacteria removed!.

Well it all depends on what your eating raw!. I tend to eat allot of things that are raw!. Pork has to be thoroughly cooked due to salmonella, How ever Beef, Fish (fresh), and many vegetables are quite tasty!. Beef should be heated to 160 degrees but is still raw, fish should only be eaten at 40 degrees so that no germs have infested the foodWww@FoodAQ@Com

If you mean why do people do it well its because you lose nutrients etc when cooking food and when they are eaten raw they keep all their goodness!. Its big in America i believe for a dieter to eat only raw food and very successful!. Raw carrots and tatties are lovely!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
