Question: I want to start making really good smoothies!. How do i do it!?
Answers:
6-8 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
6-8 blackberries (fresh or frozen)
8 ice cubes
2 1/2 cups lowfat or non-fat milk
1 scoop whey powder

Rinse and cut tops of strawberries, and rinse blackberries!. Combine all ingredients in a blender!. Blend until smooth and enjoy!.
Perfect for dieting, or leave out whey powder and add ice cream for a delicious smoothy drink!.

Makes about 3-5 cups!.



OR


LOWFAT SMOOTHIE/SHAKE

Bananas or any other fruit
Skim milk
honey (optional for added sweetness)

Beforehand, peel and freeze bananas in a plastic bag!. When you are ready, put 8 oz!. of slim milk in a blender; Add bananas (1 is enough for a smoothie, 2 for a shake); Blend until smooth; Pour into a cup and enjoy! You can use any type of fresh fruit: Strawberries, apples, or oranges, the possibilities are endless




OR

THE OVERLOADED SMOOTHIE

1/3 cup of chopped pineapple
1/3 cup of strawberries (wash & cut off tops)
1/4 of blueberries
1/4 of chopped bananas (remove peel)
2 scoops of lime sherbert
5 ice cubes
a dash of orange juice

Put all ingredients into blender!. Mix until smooth!.

Ohh how im confused, blenders, smoothie machines, juicers, they are all the same to me!. I used to have a smoothie machine, just put fruit straight in, mixed with whatever i felt like at the time and then drank it straight off!.

Usually i'd stick to a mix of citrus fruits but mixing things like banana and then adding milk or yoghurt and stiring that in goes really well!.!. mmmmmm smoothies!.

Damn machine had to break and now i want smoothies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

my recipies is a banana/cherry/strawberry smoothie


ingredients:
3 tbs!.of sugar(splenda could sub!.)
1 bananas
6-10 strawberries(depends on size)
milk(low fat or skim could sub)
2 cups of ice cubes
5-7 cherries
preperation:
add ice,milk and sugar into blender!.pulse 10 times!.cut up banana into slices!.do the same if strawberies are big!.blend untill smooth!.poor into glass,serve and enjoy!.for a colder one leave in the fridge for 30 min,then serve!.

You'll need a blender or smoothie maker!. Then by your favorite fruit ( fresh or frozen), vanilla yogurt, orange juice!. Put it all in the blender and blend it!. ( be sure to add ice if you don't use frozen fruit)And you'll have a rockin smoothie!. If that doesn't work try this website:
