Oatmeal! Oatmeal is good protein and fiber!. It takes awhile to digest, so it sticks with you and doesn't make you hungry 10 minutes after you've eaten, the way high-carb foods can!. I cook mine in the microwave, and use milk instead of water!.
During the warmer months, I prefer to have my oatmeal cold!. Oh, don't get grossed out!. I use yoghurt!. I don't cook the mixture, either!. It's very easy!. I call it Summer Oatmeal!. Just mix a small pot of yoghurt into your oats -- rolled oats, of course!. Add a little milk if it's too thick or a little more oats if it's too thin!. Let it set for 2 or 3 minutes after mixing and before eating!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

toast - you can eat it with butter, jam, peanutbutter ,pb & j, nutella

the best things to eat for breakfast is!.!.!.!. whatever you want!. left over food works best!. I love cold leftovers from the night before, or even when I bring a sandwich with mac salad to work,,, i eat it at 10 am!. just eat and be happy!Www@FoodAQ@Com
