Answers:
Not really---too sweet, too processed!.
Ingredients: CORN, WHOLE GRAIN WHEAT, SUGAR, WHOLE GRAIN ROLLED OATS, BROWN SUGAR, HIGH OLEIC VEGETABLE OIL (CANOLA OR SUNFLOWER OIL), RICE FLOUR, CORN SYRUP, WHEAT FLOUR, MALTED BARLEY FLOUR, SALT, RICE, FRUCTOSE, WHEY (FROM MILK+), HONEY, MALTED CORN AND BARLEY SYRUP, CARAMEL COLOR, ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR, NATURAL FLAVOR, ANNATTO EXTRACT (COLOR)!. BHT ADDED TO PACKAGING MATERIAL TO PRESERVE PRODUCT FRESHNESS!.
Notice that there is more sugar than oats in the mix!. In fact, every other ingredient is some form of sugar---there is sugar, brown sugar, corn syrup, fructose, honey, and malted corn and barley syrup!. Furthermore, the first and highest content is corn, which humans can't even digest well!. There is 6 grams of sugar compared to 2 grams of protein per serving, plus a whopping 25 grams of carbs per serving!.
At BEST, you should be eating this occasionally!. Try steel cut oats for breakfast if you want grains!. It is incredibly cheap and 100% healthier for you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
