I havn't been hungry lately?!
i havn't really been hungry lately, for the past week roughly!.
i eat breakfast about half of the week, just because i thiink i should!. but i havn't been hungery for unch or breakfast, sometimes for dinner!. on the weekends i eat snacks if i want the taste but thats it!.
during the week i'm at school then i have track afterward!.
i do have finals coming up, but they aren't really stressing me out!.
do u know whats wrng w/ me!?

You shouldn't eat if you are not hungry!. But make sure that you have enough energy for track, and if you start feeling weak, you should either eat some protein, or possibly see a doctor--if it continues to last, or if you drastically lose weight!.
It's good, just as long as you are eating once a day (and remember to drink water to stay hydrated-especially for track)

If you don't feel hungry, don't keep eating just because you think you should eat!. When you are hungry, eat healthy!. Stay hydrated and see a doctor if you don't get your appetite back in a couple days or if you start losing weight rapidly!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
if you're overweight take the opportunity to drop a few pounds!. if not you should probably force yourself to eat (considering providing fuel for your body for now, even if you are not enjoying it)!. whatever is bothering will pass!. this has happened to me!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
try not eating cereal for breakfast, cabohydrates without any vitamins in will fill you up to feel full allthetime!.!.!.!.!.!.!.source of life energy shake, costs the same as boxes of cereal monthly!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
