Make pesto or infuse the leaves in olive oil or vinegarWww@FoodAQ@Com

Basil picked off of the plant is a fresh herb!. To harvest it, you simply pick it!. It will be preserved if you refrigerate or freeze it!. It will dry up otherwise, but is still fine to eat/cook with!. IT depends mainly on what you want to do with the herb!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
