Question: Is there a chocolate that doesn't contain milk!?
I can't eat any product with milk or soy and I'm craving some chocolate but don't know a single kind without some form of milk!. Help!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

If your looking for chocolate that does not contain any soy or milk products you will probably want to look for pure dark chocolate!. also, chocolates are made with lecithin which is an emulsifier!. It holds chocolate together!. It is made from soy!.

Always read the labels, that way you will be sure of what you are getting!. also, the higher the cocoa content, the purer the chocolate will be!.

Cocoa powder or bitter sweet, or baking chocolate!. It is basically made from a cacao bean!. It doesn't have to have milk in it, It is used in many recipes with out milk or soy!.!. Milk chocolate bars are no the only chocolate!. There is dark special or bitter sweet!. Read those labels!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think that some dark chocolates do not contain milk!. But, I don't know about soy!. Just check the label and make sure they don't say soy or lactose!. also read the allergy warnings!. If you're not sure just look the suspicious ingredient up on Google!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The darker the chocolate, the lower the milk content!. You can find milk-free chocolates online and in a lot of stores, you just have to look!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I hear that Trader Joe's has lactose-free chocolate in dark chocolate and bittersweet!. The store has a website that you can find through a search engine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
