I have a recipe for a really great vegetable dip:

16 oz!. Sour cream
16 oz!. Hellmann's Mayonnaise
1 T!. Dillweed
2 t!. Garlic powder
2!. t!. Onion powder

Mix well!. Cover and refrigerate for at least six hours, best if overnight!. Serve with fresh vegetables!.

Do not substitute Low-fat or Light sour cream or mayonnaise!. It's too runny!. also, Hellman's Mayo is the only thing that tastes right!. I've tried other kinds and it's not the same!.

here are three that my family loves for me to make, and I give permission for all of them to be printed in your cookbook!. (if you plan on mailing them, I may be interested in purchasing one!. I'm like helping people out and getting new cookbooks!.)

first:

Easy Slow-Cooker Pork Chops!.

4 pork chops
4 red skin potatoes
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup chicken broth

brown porkchops on both sides, put in slow cooker!. Thinly slice potatoes and onion and layer on top of pork chops!. Add the remaining ingredients!. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or high for 2-4 hours!. Enjoy!. Serves 4

Honey Breaded Chicken Fingers

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup warm water
1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste

Cut the chicken breasts into strips!. Mix the honey and water together in a shallow dish!. Put the bread crumbs in another shallow dish and season with salt and pepper!. Dip the chicken strips into the honey mixture, then coat with bread crumbs!. Bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes, or until the juices in the chicken are clear!. Or, if you wish, you can fry them in a little vegetable oil on the stovetop!. Serves 2-3

Cheesy Artichoke Dip

1 can archicokes
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
3/4 cup mozzerella cheese, divided!.
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

drain artichokes and cut into small peices!. mix artichokes with sour cream mayo 1/2 cup mozzerella cheese, and the parmesan cheese!. Put into baking dish, I usually use a decorated pie dish!. Top with remaining 1/4 cup mozzerella!. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes, untill bubbly and golden brown on top!. Serve with cut up bread, townhouse crackers, tostidos chips, anything you can think of!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
