Lunch: macaroni with beef and mushroom
Snack: an egg
Dinner: 2 slices of pizzahut medium and one breadstick

Depends!. The oatmeal and banana were good!. The macaroni is high in carbs, not so much in calories!. Beef and mushrooms are good, it just depends on how much the beef was cooked!. The egg is good, but it depends on if you ate the yolk with it!. That is really high in fat, but the whites are good for you!. Pizza, well, it has slightly over 200 calories, but again, it depends on what toppings you had!. The bread stick wasn't too good for you!. White flour, all that salt and butter!.!.!.!.!.!.lol!.!.!.!.!.!.I would say you probably had about 1,000 calories, if not, then just under!. That really isn't too bad, but it isn't all about the calories!. Eat more veggies!Www@FoodAQ@Com
your caloric intake is different depending on your height, weight, age, gender, etc!. Go to www!.mypyramid!.gov and find out what it should be!. I will say pizzahut has a lot of calories, if you want to cut down Lean Cuisine actually makes awesome low-cal pizzas!. I dream of the barbeque chicken one!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
