Answers:
Have oatmeal made with milk and some cinnamon and sugar, fresh fruit like apple slices, strawberries, blueberries, etc, two slices of peanut butter toast on whole wheat bread, two eggs any style and some bacon, sausage or ham!. Have some OJ, cranberry juice or V-8 to drink along with a glass of milk!.

You want the proteins so that your mind will be alert, the whole grains of the wheat bread and the oatmeal to keep you full and your blood sugar level - you don't want it to go to low or too high!. The same is true for the cinnamon!. You want the fruit and juice for a pick-me-up to get you going in the morning!.
