OK, Stupid question, but how do you interpret 'The Works'?!
Went to a kebab shop thisarvo and ordered a works kebab, and so there was no confusion, I added with everything please!.
Now, To me, Works means that I want everything you have in the containers on my kebab!.
If you have dried up goats turd, I want it!.
So the guy starts to make the kebab!. Do you want Onion!? Do you want Tomato!? Yes please mate, Everything!.
Right, so he's just about to wrap it up, I ask for sour cream, cheese, homos, falafel and garlic!.
Oh, they're extras!.!.!.

The "works" or the "Lot" means everything including the kictchen sink!.!.!.i mean theres no such thing as "extras" when its the "Lot", otherwise it wouldn't be called "The Lot"Www@FoodAQ@Com
To me, it involves everything that would come standard on it, or can be included for free!.
Stuff that would cost extra or isn't typically on the product doesn't count to me"!.
Kind of like Subway sandwiches, that come with the works toppings, like lettuce, tomatoes, onions, olives, bell peppers, oil, vinegar, salt and peper are considered the "works"
But extra cost items like double meat, avocado, and bacon don't count, and neither would pepperonicinis or jalapenos because they aren't typically part of a sandwich!.
I think people ask for clarification anyway because people don't use "Everything" properly!. Like they will say I want "Everything - except mayo" which isn't everything!. Or they may at the last second freak out because someone's adding a topping they don't like!. The customer gets pissy when they have to list what they want, but then get just as pissy if they don't exclude items they don't want!. Can't really win!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

To me, the *works* is all the free options!. *Extras* are whatever they charge for!. I have missed this a couple times myself at blended juice drink places where "boosts" (vitamin additions) on the left side of the chart are free for the asking and ones on the right are 0!.50 extra!.
