In my hometown in Canada there is a place that makes an assorted sub, with ham, luncheon meat, salami, and all the trimming, most people have trouble finishing half of one as they put close to 2 lbs of cold cuts on it they do not shave the veg, it measures 6" thick when finished!.
They also sell a double decker cheese burger, 4 patties with 6 slices of bacon and 4 slice of cheese before the condiments, that is bigger and thicker than the sub, I have seen 3 people not finish one because it measures the same in thickness as the sub, and is the size of a small round loaf of bread around!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
