Was this a good breakfast and lunch...?!


Question: Was this a good breakfast and lunch!.!.!.!?
For breakfast, I ate a bowl of Mini Wheats (not big), with lowfat milk, and a non fat yogurt with 2 spoons of cheerios( Light and Fit yogurts, non fat, no added sugar, and 45 cal)!.
For a snack at 9:40 I had an apple
For lunch at 12:20 I had a granola bar (chewy Quaker lowfat), half a banana, and half an orange
Was all this a good meals, I'm trying not to gain any weight!.
How were these meals good!.!.!. how might they be bad!?

Low fat doesn't mean no fat!. You took 2 types of milk products in the morning and this can be bad for the stomach as milk contains lactose!. The fats from the yogurt and milk would add up to give you extra fat!.

For the lunch, I think you could have added some proteins and vegetables!. You had 2 servings of fruits for the day and that it is good!. But you need to have 2 servings of vegetables as well!. Try including some vegetables for dinner later in the day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It was mostly good!.

People have a misconception about granola bars!.!.!.most think they're healthy when they're really not!. Granola has a TON of sugar added to it!. I would have probably suggested a slice of toast with natural peanut butter on it instead!.

also, don't forget to get some veggies in there, too!. =) Maybe at dinner!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

These meals are good if u r dieting!.

if not, you might go into MacDonald, KFC, or The Rice Chicken Shop & eat well to the full before or after!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You should look to get some more protein and a little less sugar!. Try a salad with grilled chicken for lunch or something with any unfried meat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
