It is difficult, because the word "natural" is not defined by the FDA!. So, a company can put it on any product that they want to without regulation!. Organic, however, is regulated now, and there are all kinds of rules and regulations for using the word "organic" on your product!. You can go online and get the FDA's definition of all food packaging terminology, at least for the the terms they are willing to define at this time, and you can find out more about why they are not willing to define "natural"!. This is a tough one and is mostly about legal semantics!. The best way to eat naturally is to cook as much as you can yourself, and to buy as much as you can from local farmers who you can trust!. Organic certifications are strange too, and vary from product to product!. The main idea here is that organic means it is sustainable, and little or nothing is taken from the earth!. Bio Dynamic is the most strict regulation, and is practiced more in EU countries!. If you ask me though, organic products from the other side of the world are not sustainable, since it takes a lot of fossil fuels and labor to bring them to your table!. Local is always the best answer!. Try and fine a Slow Food organization in your area, they can help more!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
