Why didn't my chicken egg freeze?!


Question: Why didn't my chicken egg freeze!?
I had put my chicken egg in the freezer for over 12 hours and when I cracked it, it was like jelly but not frozen!. Why is that!? I was really disappointed!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Raw eggs don't freeze at freezer temperatures - otherwise there'd never be any eggs hatched at or near the N or S poles or similar conditions!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
