Training for a 30 lb burger?!
ok so me and 9 friends are going to eat a 30 ponud burger on june 21st!. we are all teen guys ages 14-17!. there is 10 of us so we will each be eating 3 pounds of the burger!. we need to train for this so i was wondering if anybody knows ways to like expand your stomach so it will hold more food!. also we wanted to know if there are anyexcersises we should do and how we should prep for this giant burger!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Lots of salad leaves will do the trick!. Since salad leaves are basically water and alot of space they will do well!.

Lol!. Why would you do that!? It will just mess with your digestive tract and get you very sick!. There is also no exersise to help expand your stomach for a 30 lb Burger!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
