When did you first see a monkey fly? Was it orange?!

Question: When did you first see a monkey fly!? Was it orange!?
Answers:
The first one I would have seen fly would have been one of the test flight monkeys from the early Canaveral/NASA days!. (late 1950’s, early 1960’s film footage)

While the monkey wasn’t orange, the suit it was wearing was sort of orange-ish in color!.

However, as it was pointed out above, The Wizard of Oz had flying monkeys long before the space monkeys, and if I remember they were wearing either an orange vest!. (or was it an orange cap!?)

It has been to long since I have seen the movie!.

Or maybe I’m just getting old and forgetful!. ; -)

Or being that we are in the food and drinks area you might be talking about a flying monkey cocktail!.

Made with:

- 1/3 oz coffee liqueur (tia maria,kahlua)
- 1/3 oz banana liqueur (pisang ambon)
- 1/3 oz irish cream (bailey's)

No oranges but an interesting layered drink none the less!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
