About chocolate milk.....?!
I have a stupid question!. Why is it that when you buy chocolate milk from the store, and get it home, letting it sit in the fridge, and then drink it, its still "chocolate" milk!.!.!.!.BUT if you buy milk and chocolate SEPARATELY, mix it together, shake or stirred, and let it sit in the fridge, the chocolate settles at the bottom and you have to re-shake it!? but i think its because chocolate milk from the supermarket has lots of preservatives and stabilizers that stops the chocolate from settling!. and i also think its the way you make it because if you boil the milk then add the chocolate and cool it then the chocolate wont settle!. hope tht answers your question :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Wow thats a good question, i guess its cause the vendors combine all the ingredients in a specific way!.!. maybe boiling!? So that everything is dissolved!?!? when we do it, the milk is already cold, and because of the cold, the chocolate does not dissolve :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
Cause you're mixing in the chocolate so of course it's not going to just blend it it will go back to it's original phase and chunk up at the bottom!. Try blending it in the blender with ice, it works better!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
