Whats the best way to season a top sirloin steak?!


Question: Whats the best way to season a top sirloin steak!?
I only have limited ingredients so the simplest method would probably be the best!.Www@FoodAQ@Com


Answers:
mix 1 packet of hv ranch dressing mix and 1 packet of good seasons ital dressing mix with 1 t gran garlic
1 t onion powder
2t brown sugar
1tsp olive oil

mix well til oil is absorbed and sprinkle generously over both sides of meat ,let stand til meat is at room temp(cold steaks dont have as much juice as room temp ones do )
dip in olive oil and put them on a hot charcoal fire (on the grill ) they will flare up ,but don't be alarmed as the flames sear the meat and seal in the juices ,cook to the desired degree of done ness (I like mine just shy of medium rare ,or very warm and pink in the middle )enjoyWww@FoodAQ@Com

Theres all kinds of different ways

You could marinate in:
-Italian
-Worcestershire

You could rub with olive oil and black pepper

Montreal steak seasoning is good

Are you could always just season with garlic, pepper and whatever else you have, and then while grilling it you could brush steak sauce on it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
