Take good notes, dont just write down what the teacher writes on the board, but write down things that she says that bridges their ideas together!. Study your notes everysingle night for at least an hour!.

Read the book!. Dont read the book just once, read it a couple times!. Then when you think you understand it, read it one more time!. Use highlighters to underline key points!. Now write all those key points into your notes!. Once you have a bunch of good notes, start using flashcards for memorization!.

Study in a quiet place free of distractions!. Study in a place where you can get business done!. Make sure all your stuff is very organized and labeled!. Never throw away anything the teature gives you, keep it in a folder!.

Make sure you are always getting enough sleep and nutritous brain food!.

Study for only two hours straight, then take a break for at least an hour, and then continue to study!. Your brain can only retain and process a certain amount of info at a time!.

If you are feeling like burning out, go take a walk or go exercise!.

Make a lot of friends in class and have good communication with them!. It always helps to study with other people!.

Never be afraid to ask a question if you dont understand something!. You should not be afraid to approach your teacher and ask them for extra help!.

Focus on your overall goal and keep the prize in mind!. Keep telling yourself that it will be worth it in the end!.

Stay positive and determined even if you dont get the grade you want

As for tests, you should study days before!. You should never try to cram for a test the night or morning before!. Right before a test you should try to relax yourself and clear your mind!. Remember to breath!. Go over each answer carefully, and remember not to read them too quickly!. Make sure you get all the easy questions first, and circle the hard questions that you are not sure about and come back to them when you finish!. Pace yourself and keep your time contraint in mind!.
When you are done with the test, go over every single answer again if you have time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
