Question: Stupidness!!?
I am apparently on this stupid diet to lose some weight from my belly!.!.!.but iam starving hungry! :( can anyone tell me what i can snack on (which is not fattening!)!.!.

Veggies like celery, carrots, tomatoes, etc, are low calorie, plus you'll get vitamins and fiber!. Just skip the ranch dressing and PB!.
If you're allowed to eat carbs, popcorn w/o butter is very healthy, and it's not high in calories!.
Fruit is also good if you're craving something sweet- watermelon is great because it's low in calories but very filling because of all the water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well, you could try fruits, dried or fresh!.!.neither has fat!. Or vegetables like celery and carrots would be good!. Or rice-cakes!. Those are good too!. Or cereal!. That is high in vitamins and minerals and no fat!.!.Try rice crispies especially!. Those have very little sugar too!. Oh low-fat or fat free yogurt is good!. Or maybe some saltine crackers!. 6 crackers has only 15 fat calories!. Or try 100 calories packs!. Those might be handy too!. Or some jello!. Or maybe marshmallows!.

Which diet are you following!? My friend has crackers with cheese triangles, tomato and some jalapenos of an evening!. She hates beetroot but that is another idea on low fat crackers!. She also cuts up carrot into sticks and cucumber and celery and has a low fat dip!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I know I am still on a healthy lifestyle way of eating which also includes exercise!.

Eat daily: three meals and two snacks!.

Once a week I have my favorite thing to eat, pizza!.

Lower fat foods, beans, brown rice, whole wheat products: bread, pasta, spaghetti sauce, etc!. Eat more veggies and fruits; less meat!. Stirfry is really filling!. As long as it's lower in fat; there are recipes, like cookies, cakes, muffins!.

Eat in moderation, make a lot and freeze portions!.

popcorn with salt, no butter!.!.!.!.!.!.!.some raisins if you need some sweet stuff!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.you will fail on this diet if you "starve" yourself so don't!! Just eat smaller portions!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.and exercise!. Once you tighten some stomach belts you will see that your stomach will get flatter and even if you eat it will not poke out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i would say fruit is your best option
if your trying to lose weight i have some tips:
replace all alchol/tea/coffie/fizzy drinks with water!.
diet coke and vodka is 0 calories
smoothies r gr8
also try things like nuts (unless allergic)

DO NOT!.!. i repeat!.!. DO not go on a diet!.!.it's a waste of time and energy!.
Just eat healthy things like vegetables,grains, granola bars,
Quinoa ( a yummy grain) Barley, wild rice!.!.Mmmmmm!.
