Is it safe to have my friend mail me off some Mexican food?!

Question: Is it safe to have my friend mail me off some Mexican food!?
I am going to college in Florida, and they don't have good Mexican food down here!. I want a Carne Asada Burrito so badly, or maybe a torta, or maybe some taquitos, or some tamales!.

I was thinking about having my friend wrap up some food in aluminum foil and put it in a tupperwear container and mail it off to me via express!.

Is this a good idea!? Because I can't really hold off until October when I graduate and go back home!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
If it could be shipped in a cooler, or frozen and shipped with ice packs!. Overnight only, but that's really expensive!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No!. It will spoil, plus it will be soggy!. He could freeze it, then pack it in ice and ship it overnight!. That would be very expensive, though and it won't be nearly as good as fresh (again !.!.!. soggy)

Keep looking for decent Mexican food in Florida!. There are probably some hidden places you haven't heard about!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you want something Latin, eat Cuban food!

But if you are in northern Florida maybe you can have fried alligator!? I bet you it tastes like chickenWww@FoodAQ@Com

I think you should just make it yourself!.
