2!. A small strawberry bannanna smoothie [ made @ home , ALL fresh fruits ]
3!. Half of a Banna Loaf Bread from starbucks

Well the yogurt has about 260-280 calories, the smoothie, depending upon whether you used whole, skim or 2% milk was another 350-450 calories and the banana bread probably had about 200 calories in it!. That would mean you consumed between 810-930 calories today, if I added in my head correctly!.
Even though you had some fruit and dairy, you are not eating healthy as you do not have any veggies, no whole grains and no protiens; also, you didn't have any water!. Depending upon your age and activity level, a healthy diet is about 2000 calories a day and consists of protiens, whole grains, fruits and veggies, a small amount of fat - yes I said fat, your body needs it to work well, and dairy!.
EDIT: A normal cup of regular yogurt - not the stuff with artificial sweeteners - with fruit in it usually contains around 260-280 calories because the fruit that is used is normally a pureed fruit jam or preserve with lots of sugar!. I also eat Yoplait fruit yogurt all the time!.

I can tell that you definitely like strawberries and bananas!.And about your question-I'd say that you most likely consumed about 500-800 calories!.!.!.I can only make an estimated guess because I don't know how much fruit you put in your smoothie !.!.!.but I hope I helped anyways!.Next time you eat something that you want the caloric info on then you can(of course) look at the labels,look on the internet,and/or ask the restaurant for a calorie info sheet!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
