I ruined my diet?!


Question: I ruined my diet!?
Today I went to an amusement park, and i ate A LOT!. I have been on a pretty strict diet (1200 calories a day) i had, a frosting covered cinamon roll, banana, chicken strips (2 1/2 deep fried) fries, lemonade, icee thing and a very little amount of cotten candy (took a little from a friend) but i also walked to about 6 hours cuz that was how long i was there
I ATE SO MUCH! and it feel SICK from it!. I havent aten like this for more than 1 year!.!.!. its night!.!.!. what should i do!? is my deit ruined!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

no don't worry about it!. Everyone has up and down days!. Tomrrow is a new day!. Just drink a ton of water before bed to flush your system all the fat and sugars and get rid of the tummy bloat it can cause!. Start fresh tomorrow, no worries!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Truth be told it is a great idea to have a cheat day!. Why!? Because when you are on a fairly restrictive eating pattern your body will adjust to that!. When you BAM fill it full of junk and calories you ref up that engine, then the next day you go back to your restrictive eating habits and your body settles back in!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Don't beat yourself up about it, tomorrow's another day!. Just go back to your healthier eating tomorrow!. But let me just say, your diet is quite strict if you can't enjoy a few induldgences once in a while, and in moderation!. Which I think you did!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Your diet isnt ruined!. You just had a cheat day, and its not a bad thing!. You probably feel sick cause your body isnt used to it, by tomorrow youll feel better!. But you may throw up, ive done this before!. Just go back on your diet again and youll be fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
