Would it be bad if...?!
I have fried food tomorrow when I already had it on Sunday!? Sunday I had fried fish and shrimp!. Tomorrow I just plan on having fried chicken strips and onion rings or something!.
This is a big deal for me because I NEVER eat fried food!. I haven't eaten it in about two years because it's not something that I'm gung-ho over!. I don't want to eat too much of it right now so if I already had it on Sunday, should I just get back to my usual self and not have it tomorrow when I go out to eat with my family!?
I do have food issues so please go easy on me if this is ridiculous!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hmmm!.!.!.!.!.if you have food issues & are already stressing out I'm guessing you're going to feel guilty if you do eat fried food again so soon!. Maybe you could pick something else from the menu that you like that isn't fried!.!.!?!?

i dont think it would be bad since you usually don't eat it!. its ok in moderation and twice a week after 2 years isn't a lot!. just don't get hooked on it!.
if you think you'll feel guilty about it, try ordering something that's not fried!. or, instead of two fried items get the chicken fingers and a side salad, or some kind of grilled chicken and onion rings!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I wouldn't eat it, but then again, I don't eat fried foods!. They are just not good for health reasons!. lol!.!.!.it's bad for people's hearts and it's full of fat!. Sorry, just had to add that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i think you should eat with your family!.!.and then once thats all over with then go back to your usual diet!.!.just DONT get hooked on all that fried nastiness!!
