Well they normally have a lot of 'unhealthy' ingredients!. (i!.e!. preservatives)!. I'm a huge crouton fan too!! lol!.!. I didn't know others existed ;)
I switched to "organic" croutons from my Super WalMart!. (they're only like $99 cents too!) They honestly taste way better too!.

Not really, as far as the ones you buy in the store- but you can easily make your own, just take some whole wheat bread, cube it, sprinkle with chicken broth and dust with poultry seasoning!. Then spread out on a cookie sheet, bake at 250*F for awhile till they get crunchy, and snack away!. Low salt, low fat and delicious :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

A healthy snack is something that is fresh and natural like fruit or vegetables!. If your snack is doused in butter, oil, fried or packaged it is not a healthy snack!.

If you read the lable, you would realice the chemicals, fat and sodium in it !. If I were you, I will choose something healthier, such as nuts, fruits, vegetables, etc!. Everything in moderation is the key, thoughWww@FoodAQ@Com

You can eat them of course, in moderation!. But look at how much sodium and fat they have!. You can always make your own or even better, go to a bagel or bread shop- they always sell some there that are better for you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
