Would this Pizza base work?!
Pizza Dough:
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
200g plain flour
150ml water

There is nothing to leaven this dough, so it will not rise even a little!. It will be like a bad cracker!.
You need to try a different leavener!. Try adding a teaspoon of baking powder, or, in the alternative, a half teaspoon of baking soda and a quarter teaspoon of cream of tartar!.
You could also beat an egg, or an egg white, and gently fold that into the dough, but that will be a little dicey, because pizza dough is so stiff!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you may want to find a crust recipe that uses self rising flour or maybe even backin soda or salt then it will rise but the base you are making will be more like a crackerWww@FoodAQ@Com
