Can somebody tell me the measurings for an oatmeal cookies?good for 4 persons only or 8-10 pcs...?!
like how many cups flour, how many teeaspoons of baking soda nd etc!.!.!.!.please help me!.!.!.i want it good for 4 only or i think 8-10 pcs!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Get your favorite oatmeal cookie recipe and cut it half!.
You can freeze cookie dough also, so you could make a whole batch of dough, bake what you want then freeze the remaining!. Be sure to freeze it in an airtight, preferable light proof container!. In a zip-loc in a plastic carton would be optimal!. but if you don't have that just a zip -loc or plastic carton would work!. Use them with in 6 months!.
Famous Oatmeal Cookies
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 cup vegetable shortening
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups Quaker? Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Preparation Steps
Heat oven to 350°F!. In large bowl, beat brown sugar, shortening and granulated sugar until creamy!. Add egg, water and vanilla; beat well!. Add combined oats, flour, salt and baking soda; mix well!.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets!.
Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until edges are golden brown!. Remove to wire rack!. Cool completely!. Store tightly covered!.
This recipe makes a little over 2 dozen cookies,, so cut this one half, you'll be good to go!. Even when you cut it half you will still use 1 egg!. choose a small one from the cartonWww@FoodAQ@Com

I agree with E-zier said than done!. If you're going through all the effort, might as well make the whole batch and freeze the dough or freeze the finished cookies!. (frozen cookies can thaw on the counter in 30 minutes)Www@FoodAQ@Com
