ok so I just recently bought lean cuisines and that's all that i eat and I've cut back on sweets and soda !.!. but i dont know if the cuisines are actually helping me any !.!. i want to lose weight but i dont if im eating right !.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

To eat right you need variety and smaller portions on your plate!. Lean cuisines are not going to provide you with all the energy that you will need when you work out or do other things!. Further more, Lean cuisines will not fill you up, and you will get burned off them!.!.!.!. sort off like being a college student and after one year, getting tired of Ramen noodles!.

They are full of sodium and just are not filling for most people!. You would be better served by eating fiber rich foods!. Whole grain breads, cereals, crackers, fresh fruits and veggies!. Way more filling, way less sodium and the fiber is very beneficial to anyone watching their weight!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
