Instant Powder Dry Milk Does it spoil?!
I was thinking of using instant dry powder milk instead of buying it at the store since I throw more milk away than I use!.

It has a weird taste to it, it doesn't really taste likje skim milk and if you make it wrong it can be lumpy!.!.!.!. It does go bad once you add the water too it!.!.!. not as quickly as normal milk but there are plenty of sugars for bacteria to feed on once it is reconstituted so it will go bad eventually!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
It doesn't actually spoil, but it does have a shelf life!. The taste changes when it's expired, but it won't make you sick!. I know people who like it, but it had a funny taste to me; it does taste different from fresh milk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I use it for cooking, not for drinking!. It does not have the same taste as regular milk, and can be lumpy!. But I do substitute it in cooking instead of using regular milk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
