Good, high calorie smoothie blends?!
I want some relatively high calorie smoothie recipes but aren't that filling!. My reason behind this is that I'm *trying* to recover from an eating disorder, and I want something that isn't filling but high in calories!. I just hate being full but trying to get used to the idea of eating again!.
Any other type of drink recipes that will help will definitely be appreciated!. I don't think I can handle solid food just yet!. Thanks so much!Www@FoodAQ@Com
