Did I eat alot today?!
Breakfast:
3/4 cup cinnamon toast crunch
1/2 cup 2% milk
Lunch:
a small bag of cheetos
Dinner:
about 5 pieces of sun chips w/ dip
2 bites of pizza
a hotdog
a small samosa [its like potatoes covered w/ deep fried bread]
a slice of pound cake
and one of those tinnyyy 3 muskateer bars

You didn't eat a lot, but you also didn't eat very well!. There's not one piece of fruit or glass of fruit juice in there - you need to eat fresh fruit! also = there's a lot of sodium in there = cheetos, sun chips, hot dogs!.!.!.and too much junk - cheeto's, hot dog, deep fried bread, pound cake, candy bar!.!.!.you need more real food in your diet - whole grains, proteins, fruits and veggies (ok - you had potatoes but not a very healthy potato), fiber, dairy!.!.!.!.
How many calories you consumed is pointless while you are eating so badly !.!.!. focus on eating healthier foods - you will feel better and look better!. And don't forget to drink your water!

very unhealthy and around at least 1600 calories!.!.!.!.!.Pizza-hotdog, chips potato-deep fried bread (pound cake is so fattening!! Do you know how much better is in pound cake) only 100 cal in a small 3 muskateer snack size bar) but Cinnamon toast crunch is not too good for you either!.!.!.!.

You probably didn't go over a normal 2,000 calories but you didn't eat anything even remotely healthy!. You should check out sparkpeople!.com!. They have a tracker thing you can put your food into and it monitors everything for you!. You could also read about eating real food instead of junk food!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I don't really think so!. You ate a whole bunch of small portioned items, so I think it would even out to around the same as a person who eats a regular diet!. You also had approximately 2,470 Calories!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
You ate a lot of crap and a lot of empty calories!. the only healthy thing you ate the whole day was the milk!. Even the cereal you ate was unhealthy!.
