Did i eat alot today???!
first for breakfast,i ate a banana,(dont ask me why) and drank a glass of water,then for lunch i ate a piece of bread with a piece of sausage anda slice of cheese!. i drank water!. for dinner,i ate a a salad and a serving veggies!.did i eat too much!?!?!?how many calories did i eat !? is 1600 calories a day good!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

You need 2 more servings of fruit/veggies per day (you only had 3 servings)!.!.!.!. depending on how big the sausage and cheese were, you might need more protein too !.!.!. and I didn't notice ANY dairy/calcium at all! !.!.!.!.!. why not have a piece of fruit with the bread and sausage - and then eat the cheese later with an apple!? You might want to have some nuts with the evening salad; or add some legumes to it for protein & fiber!.!.!.!.!.!.!.your caloric intake shouldn't have been over 1600 thoughWww@FoodAQ@Com
No, but have a better lunch than that!. Try brown rice with with a sauce or a sprinkle of salt, or try whole wheat pasta with marinara (red) sauce!. And, as for dinner; add a handful of nuts like cashews or almonds!. For breakfast, maybe add some peanut butter with your banana, or have a bowl of cereal!.

Work out the calories throughout the day, they usually say on the packaging :)
Go to your doctor and have them assess how much you should be eating - whether it be to loose weight, maintain weight or put it on :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

You did not eat much at all!. But I think you should replace the sausage with a leaner meat or veggie sausage!.!.!. but you could even eat more food!. I don't think you quite reached 1600 calories there and that is about what you need depending on what your exercise regime is :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
