Question: How would you get a bitter taste out of your mouth from medication if you couldnt eat sugar!?
any ideas!? im supposed to leave this med (soluble powder) in my mouth as long as possible and its really making me wretch !.!.!. i think its supposed to be half an hour (ack!) and im not supposed to rinse it out!.!. anything to cover it other than sugar!? would peppermint oil burn my mouth out!? lolWww@FoodAQ@Com

the sharp lemon taste will cancel out the REALLY nasty taste!.

Artificial sweetners, the powder form!. It contains no suger, but tastes just like sugar, it's the stuff you find in diet coke!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A simple piece of bread with nothing on it will take the taste away!. Wine tasters have a piece before moving on to the next sample!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try eating a green banana,they are often used in the Caribean(known as green fig)to ease the sharpness of spicesWww@FoodAQ@Com

The best would be sugar or sugar syrup mixed with the medicine!.

Not nice yuck! try some citrus fruit which should help to disguise the taste, orange or lemon may help just think it won't last too long but you have my sympathy good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com
