Does freezing bannanas and other fruits and veggies kill the nutrients?!


Question: Does freezing bannanas and other fruits and veggies kill the nutrients!?
I freeze bannanas and use them to make a shake!. Does freezing them kill the nutrients such a potassium and vitamins!?
What about fresh broccoli!?

Nope!. In fact, aside from fresh, frozen is the best!. CANNING kills the nutrients!. Avoid canned ANYTHING unless you're starving!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No,they don't!.But don't keep them in fridge so long,because if fruits or veggies which were freezing so long,will not be fresh,and so does broccoli!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Freezing does not kill nutrients, but fresh broccoli that has been frozen at home might taste a bit funny!.
